Ingredients

- 🌾 Gram flour – 1/2 cup
- 🌶️ Chili powder – 1 tsp
- 🌱 Asafoetida – a pinch
- 💧 Water – as needed
- 🛢️ Oil – for deep frying
Instructions
- 🥣 Combine rice flour, gram flour, chili powder, asafoetida, and salt in a bowl.
- 💧 Add water gradually and knead into a soft dough.
- ⚙️ Use a murukku maker to shape the dough into spirals.
- 🔥 Heat oil in a pan and gently slide the murukku into the hot oil.
- 🍳 Fry until golden brown and crispy. Drain on paper towels and let cool.
