Ingredients

  • 🧅 Onion – finely chopped
  • 🍅 Tomato – finely chopped
  • 🥔 Potato – boiled and cubed
  • 🌶️ Green chilies – chopped
  • 🌿 Coriander leaves – chopped
  • 🍞 Bread slices – for serving
  • 🍋 Lemon – for garnish
  • 🥄 Pav Bhaji Masala – 1 tbsp

Instructions

  • 🔥 Heat oil in a pan and add onions. Sauté until golden brown.
  • 🍅 Add tomatoes, green chilies, and pav bhaji masala. Cook until tomatoes soften.
  • 🥔 Add boiled potatoes and mash slightly. Mix well.
  • 💧 Add a little water if needed to adjust consistency.
  • 🌿 Garnish with coriander leaves and a squeeze of lemon. Serve hot with bread.
