Ingredients
- 🧅 Onion – finely chopped
- 🍅 Tomato – finely chopped
- 🥔 Potato – boiled and cubed
- 🌶️ Green chilies – chopped
- 🌿 Coriander leaves – chopped
- 🍞 Bread slices – for serving
- 🍋 Lemon – for garnish
- 🥄 Pav Bhaji Masala – 1 tbsp
Instructions
- 🔥 Heat oil in a pan and add onions. Sauté until golden brown.
- 🍅 Add tomatoes, green chilies, and pav bhaji masala. Cook until tomatoes soften.
- 🥔 Add boiled potatoes and mash slightly. Mix well.
- 💧 Add a little water if needed to adjust consistency.
- 🌿 Garnish with coriander leaves and a squeeze of lemon. Serve hot with bread.
