Ingredients
- 💧 Water or Fruit Juice – 500ml base liquid
- 🍮 Gelatin or Agar-agar – 1 sachet for setting
- 🍯 Honey – 2 tbsp for natural sweetness
- 🍋 Lemon Juice – 1 tbsp for a refreshing kick
- ⚡ Electrolyte or Vitamin Powder – 1 scoop for energy
Instructions
- 🥣 Mix the water, honey, and energy powder in a small saucepan.
- 🔥 Heat the mixture gently over medium heat and stir in the gelatin.
- 🍋 Once dissolved, remove from heat and stir in the fresh lemon juice.
- 🧊 Pour the liquid into small pouches or cups and place in the fridge.
- ✨ Let it chill for 2 hours until firm and serve as a quick pick-me-up.
