Ingredients
- 🍄 Mori (Mushrooms) – sliced
- 🧅 Onion – finely chopped
- 🍅 Tomatoes – pureed
- 🧄 Ginger-Garlic Paste – 1 tbsp
- 🌶️ Red Chili Powder – 1 tsp
- 🌿 Coriander Powder – 1 tsp
- 💛 Turmeric Powder – 1/2 tsp
- 🥄 Garam Masala – 1/2 tsp
- 🍃 Fresh Coriander – for garnish
- 🧈 Butter/Oil – for cooking
Instructions
- 🔥 Heat butter/oil in a pan and sauté onions until golden brown.
- 🧄 Add ginger-garlic paste and sauté for a minute.
- 🍅 Add tomato puree and cook until the oil separates.
- 🌶️ Add all the spice powders (red chili, coriander, turmeric, garam masala) and cook for 2 minutes.
- 🍄 Add mushrooms and salt, then cook covered until tender. Garnish with fresh coriander and serve hot with roti or rice. ✨
