Ingredients

  • 🍄 Mori (Mushrooms) – sliced
  • 🧅 Onion – finely chopped
  • 🍅 Tomatoes – pureed
  • 🧄 Ginger-Garlic Paste – 1 tbsp
  • 🌶️ Red Chili Powder – 1 tsp
  • 🌿 Coriander Powder – 1 tsp
  • 💛 Turmeric Powder – 1/2 tsp
  • 🥄 Garam Masala – 1/2 tsp
  • 🍃 Fresh Coriander – for garnish
  • 🧈 Butter/Oil – for cooking

Instructions

  • 🔥 Heat butter/oil in a pan and sauté onions until golden brown.
  • 🧄 Add ginger-garlic paste and sauté for a minute.
  • 🍅 Add tomato puree and cook until the oil separates.
  • 🌶️ Add all the spice powders (red chili, coriander, turmeric, garam masala) and cook for 2 minutes.
  • 🍄 Add mushrooms and salt, then cook covered until tender. Garnish with fresh coriander and serve hot with roti or rice. ✨
