Ingredients
- Sourdough bread slices - 4️⃣
- Mooradabadi Dal - 1 cup 🥣
- Chopped onion - 1/4 cup 🧅
- Green chutney - 2 tbsp 🌿
- Sweet chutney - 2 tbsp 🍯
- Sev - 2 tbsp
- Cilantro for garnish 🌿
- Chaat masala - to taste 🌶️
Instructions
- Toast the sourdough bread slices until golden brown. 🍞
- Spread a generous layer of Mooradabadi Dal on each slice. 🥣
- Top with chopped onion, green chutney, and sweet chutney. 🧅🌿🍯
- Sprinkle sev and chaat masala on top. 🌶️
- Garnish with fresh cilantro. 🌿
- Serve immediately and enjoy! 🎉
