Ingredients

  • Sourdough bread slices - 4️⃣
  • Mooradabadi Dal - 1 cup 🥣
  • Chopped onion - 1/4 cup 🧅
  • Green chutney - 2 tbsp 🌿
  • Sweet chutney - 2 tbsp 🍯
  • Sev - 2 tbsp
  • Cilantro for garnish 🌿
  • Chaat masala - to taste 🌶️

Instructions

  • Toast the sourdough bread slices until golden brown. 🍞
  • Spread a generous layer of Mooradabadi Dal on each slice. 🥣
  • Top with chopped onion, green chutney, and sweet chutney. 🧅🌿🍯
  • Sprinkle sev and chaat masala on top. 🌶️
  • Garnish with fresh cilantro. 🌿
  • Serve immediately and enjoy! 🎉
