Ingredients
- 🟡 Yellow moong dal – 1 cup soaked
- 🧀 Paneer – 100g crumbled
- 🌶️ Green chili – 1 finely chopped
- 🫚 Ginger – 1 inch piece
- 🧅 Onion – 1 small finely chopped
- 🌿 Fresh cilantro – handful chopped
- 🧂 Salt – to taste
- 🍳 Oil or Ghee – for cooking
Instructions
- 🥣 Blend the soaked moong dal with ginger and green chili into a smooth batter.
- 🥄 Mix in salt and a little water to reach a pourable, dosa-like consistency.
- 🔥 Heat a non-stick pan and spread a ladleful of batter in a circular motion.
- 🧀 Sprinkle crumbled paneer, onions, and cilantro over the center once the edges crisp up.
- ✨ Fold the chilla in half and cook until golden brown, then serve hot with chutney.
