Ingredients

  • 🟡 Yellow moong dal – 1 cup soaked

  • 🌶️ Green chili – 1 finely chopped

  • 🌿 Fresh cilantro – handful chopped
  • 🧂 Salt – to taste
  • 🍳 Oil or Ghee – for cooking

Instructions

  • 🥣 Blend the soaked moong dal with ginger and green chili into a smooth batter.
  • 🥄 Mix in salt and a little water to reach a pourable, dosa-like consistency.
  • 🔥 Heat a non-stick pan and spread a ladleful of batter in a circular motion.
  • 🧀 Sprinkle crumbled paneer, onions, and cilantro over the center once the edges crisp up.
  • ✨ Fold the chilla in half and cook until golden brown, then serve hot with chutney.
