Ingredients

  • 🧅 Scallions – chopped for garnish
  • 🍋 Lemon – 1/4, cut into wedges
  • 🌱 Ginger – grated, small amount

Instructions

  • 🔪 Prepare monkfish liver by removing any veins or membranes.
  • ♨️ Steam the liver with sake for about 5-7 minutes until firm.
  • 🧊 Chill the steamed liver in an ice bath to stop cooking.
  • 🔪 Slice the chilled liver into smaller portions.
  • ✨ Garnish with scallions, grated ginger, and serve with lemon wedges.
