Ingredients
- 🍫 Dark chocolate – 4 oz
- 🧈 Butter – 4 oz
- 🥚 Eggs – 2 large
- 🍚 Sugar – 1/4 cup
- Flour – 2 tbsp
- 🧂 Pinch of salt
Instructions
- 🍫 Melt chocolate and butter together until smooth.
- 🥚 Whisk eggs and sugar until light and fluffy.
- 🥣 Combine melted chocolate mixture with egg mixture, then add flour and salt.
- Pour batter into greased ramekins.
- Bake at 425°F (220°C) for 12-15 minutes until edges are set but center is still soft. Dust with powdered sugar and serve immediately. 🥄
