Ingredients
- 🧅 Onions – finely chopped
- 🧄 Garlic – minced
- 🌶️ Green chilies – slit
- 🌿 Assorted vegetables (carrots, peas, beans) – chopped
- 🍚 Cooked rice – for serving
- 🧂 Spices (turmeric, cumin, coriander) – to taste
Instructions
- 🔥 Heat oil and sauté onions and garlic until golden brown.
- 🌶️ Add green chilies and spices, cook for a minute.
- 🥕 Add assorted vegetables and cook until tender.
- 💧 Add a little water if needed to prevent sticking.
- 🍚 Serve hot with cooked rice.
