Ingredients

  • 🍵 Chai tea – 1 cup brewed
  • 🍚 Miso paste – 1 tsp
  • 🥛 Milk – 1/2 cup (dairy or non-dairy)
  • 🍯 Honey – to taste (optional)
  • ✨ Spices – pinch of cinnamon, cardamom (optional)

Instructions

  • 🍵 Brew chai tea according to package directions.
  • 🥄 In a separate small bowl, whisk miso paste with a little warm water until smooth.
  • 🔥 Gently heat milk in a saucepan or microwave.
  • 🍵 Add miso mixture to brewed chai, stir well.
  • 🥛 Pour in warm milk and stir. Add honey and spices to taste. Serve immediately.
