Ingredients
- 🍚 All-purpose flour – 2 cups
- 🧈 Cold butter – 1/2 cup, cubed
- 🍶 Buttermilk – 3/4 cup
- 🍥 Miso paste – 2 tbsp
- 🧂 Baking powder – 1 tbsp
- 🍬 Sugar – 1 tsp
- 🧂 Salt – 1/2 tsp
Instructions
- 🥣 Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Whisk together flour, baking powder, sugar, and salt.
- 🧊 Cut in cold butter until mixture resembles coarse crumbs.
- 🍥 In a separate bowl, whisk together buttermilk and miso paste.
- 💧 Add wet ingredients to dry ingredients, mixing until just combined.
