Ingredients

  • 🫘 Sprouted beans – 2 cups
  • 🧅 Onions – finely chopped
  • 🍅 Tomatoes – diced
  • 🧄 Ginger-garlic paste – 1 tbsp
  • 🌶️ Misal masala – 2 tbsp
  • 🍞 Pav – to serve
  • 🍋 Lemon – wedges, for garnish
  • 🌿 Coriander – chopped, for garnish
  • 🥣 Farsan – to serve

Instructions

  • 🔥 Heat oil and sauté onions until golden brown.
  • 🧄 Add ginger-garlic paste and sauté for a minute.
  • 🍅 Add tomatoes and cook until softened.
  • 🌶️ Add misal masala and sauté for 2 minutes.
  • 🫘 Add sprouted beans, water, and salt; simmer until cooked.
  • 🥣 Serve hot with farsan, pav, lemon wedges, and coriander.
