Ingredients
- 🫘 Sprouted beans – 2 cups
- 🧅 Onions – finely chopped
- 🍅 Tomatoes – diced
- 🧄 Ginger-garlic paste – 1 tbsp
- 🌶️ Misal masala – 2 tbsp
- 🍞 Pav – to serve
- 🍋 Lemon – wedges, for garnish
- 🌿 Coriander – chopped, for garnish
- 🥣 Farsan – to serve
Instructions
- 🔥 Heat oil and sauté onions until golden brown.
- 🧄 Add ginger-garlic paste and sauté for a minute.
- 🍅 Add tomatoes and cook until softened.
- 🌶️ Add misal masala and sauté for 2 minutes.
- 🫘 Add sprouted beans, water, and salt; simmer until cooked.
- 🥣 Serve hot with farsan, pav, lemon wedges, and coriander.
