Ingredients

  • 🐷 Minced pork – 1 pound
  • 🧅 Onion – 1 medium, chopped
  • 🧄 Garlic – 2 cloves, minced
  • 🌿 Ginger – 1 tbsp, grated
  • 🥬 Bok choy – 1 cup, chopped
  • 🍚 Chicken broth – 6 cups
  • 🥢 Soy sauce – 2 tbsp
  • 🌱 Green onions – for garnish

Instructions

  • 🔥 Sauté onion, garlic, and ginger in a pot until fragrant.
  • 🐷 Add minced pork and cook until browned.
  • 🍚 Pour in chicken broth and soy sauce, bring to a boil.
  • 🥬 Add bok choy and simmer for 10 minutes.
  • 🌱 Garnish with green onions and serve hot.
