Ingredients
- 🐷 Minced pork – 1 pound
- 🧅 Onion – 1 medium, chopped
- 🧄 Garlic – 2 cloves, minced
- 🌿 Ginger – 1 tbsp, grated
- 🥬 Bok choy – 1 cup, chopped
- 🍚 Chicken broth – 6 cups
- 🥢 Soy sauce – 2 tbsp
- 🌱 Green onions – for garnish
Instructions
- 🔥 Sauté onion, garlic, and ginger in a pot until fragrant.
- 🐷 Add minced pork and cook until browned.
- 🍚 Pour in chicken broth and soy sauce, bring to a boil.
- 🥬 Add bok choy and simmer for 10 minutes.
- 🌱 Garnish with green onions and serve hot.
