Ingredients
- 🥛 Milk – 2 cups
- 🍬 Sugar – ½ cup
- 🍦 Vanilla Extract – 1 tsp
- 🤏 Salt – a pinch
- ➕ Optional toppings
Instructions
- 🔥 Heat milk and sugar in a saucepan over medium heat, stirring until sugar dissolves.
- 🌡️ Bring to a simmer, then remove from heat and stir in vanilla extract and salt.
- 🧊 Let the mixture cool completely, then chill in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours.
- 🥣 Pour the chilled mixture into an ice cream maker and churn according to the manufacturer's instructions.
- ❄️ Transfer the ice cream to an airtight container and freeze for at least 2 hours before serving. Add toppings as desired!
