Ingredients
- 🥖 Baguette – 1
- 🥩 Ground Meat – 1 lb (beef or pork)
- 🧅 Onion – 1/2, chopped
- 🧄 Garlic – 2 cloves, minced
- 🥫 Tomato Sauce – 1 cup
- 🧀 Mozzarella Cheese – sliced
- 🌿 Italian Seasoning – 1 tsp
Instructions
- 🥣 Prepare meatballs by mixing ground meat, onion, garlic, Italian seasoning, and breadcrumbs. Roll into small balls.
- 🔥 Cook meatballs in a pan with olive oil until browned and cooked through.
- 🍅 Add tomato sauce to the pan with the meatballs and simmer for 15 minutes.
- 🥖 Slice the baguette in half lengthwise. Place meatballs and sauce on the bottom half.
- 🧀 Top with mozzarella cheese and bake in a preheated oven at 350°F (175°C) until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
