Ingredients
- 🥩 Ground meat – 1 lb
- 🧅 Onion – 1 medium, chopped
- 🥕 Carrots – 1 cup, diced
- 🥔 Potatoes – 1 cup, diced
- 🥧 Pie crust – 2 sheets
- 🥣 Beef broth – 1 cup
- 🌿 Thyme – 1 tsp
- 🧂 Salt & pepper – to taste
Instructions
- 🔥 Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- 🥘 Brown the ground meat in a large pan; drain excess fat.
- 🧅 Add onions, carrots, and potatoes; cook until softened.
- 🥣 Stir in beef broth, thyme, salt, and pepper. Simmer for 10 mins.
