Ingredients
- 🥛 Mawa (Khoya) – 1 cup
- 🌾 All-purpose flour – 1.5 cups
- 🧈 Butter – 1/2 cup
- 🍬 Sugar – 1 cup
- 🥚 Eggs – 2
- 🥛 Milk – 1/4 cup
- 🌰 Cardamom powder – 1/2 tsp
- ✨ Baking powder – 1 tsp
- Optional: Chopped nuts for garnish
Instructions
- 🧈 Cream butter and sugar until light and fluffy. Add mawa and mix well.🥣
- 🥚 Beat in eggs one at a time, then add milk and cardamom.🥛
- 🌾 Gradually add flour and baking powder until just combined. Don't overmix! 🥄
- Pour batter into a greased baking pan. Sprinkle with chopped nuts (optional). 🌰
- 🔥 Bake at 350°F (175°C) for 35-40 minutes, or until a toothpick comes out clean. Allow to cool before slicing. 🍰
