Matsutake Rice

Ingredients

  • 🍚 Rice – 2 cups
  • 🍄 Matsutake mushrooms – 200g
  • 🍶 Soy sauce – 2 tbsp
  • 🌿 Dashi stock – 4 cups
  • 🌱 Mirin – 1 tbsp

Instructions

  • 🍄 Clean and slice the matsutake mushrooms.
  • 🍚 Wash rice and add to a pot with dashi stock, soy sauce and mirin.
  • 🍄 Place matsutake slices on top of the rice.
  • 🔥 Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer covered for 20 minutes, or until liquid is absorbed.
  • ✨ Let it rest for 10 minutes before serving.
