Matsutake Rice

Ingredients
- 🍚 Rice – 2 cups
- 🍄 Matsutake mushrooms – 200g
- 🍶 Soy sauce – 2 tbsp
- 🌿 Dashi stock – 4 cups
- 🌱 Mirin – 1 tbsp
Instructions
- 🍄 Clean and slice the matsutake mushrooms.
- 🍚 Wash rice and add to a pot with dashi stock, soy sauce and mirin.
- 🍄 Place matsutake slices on top of the rice.
- 🔥 Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer covered for 20 minutes, or until liquid is absorbed.
- ✨ Let it rest for 10 minutes before serving.
