Ingredients
- All-purpose flour
- Unsalted butter
- Powdered sugar
- Egg yolk
- Ice water
- Heavy cream
- White chocolate
- Matcha powder
- Sweetened condensed milk
Instructions
- Make the crust: Combine flour, butter, and powdered sugar in a food processor. Pulse until it resembles coarse crumbs. 🥣
- Add egg yolk and ice water, and pulse until the dough comes together. Wrap in plastic wrap and chill for 30 minutes. 🥶
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Roll out the dough and press it into a tart pan. Prick the bottom with a fork. 🍴
- Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until golden brown. Let cool completely. ⏲️
- Make the filling: Heat heavy cream in a saucepan. Add white chocolate and matcha powder and stir until melted and smooth. 🔥
- Add sweetened condensed milk and stir until combined. Let cool slightly. Pour into the cooled tart shell. 🍃
- Chill in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours, or until set. Decorate with extra matcha powder before serving. ❄️ Enjoy! 🎉
