Ingredients

  • 🍚 Glutinous Rice Flour – 1 cup
  • 🍵 Matcha Powder – 2 tbsp
  • 💧 Water – ¾ cup
  • 🍡 Skewers – for serving
  • 🍬 Sweetened Red Bean Paste – (optional)

Instructions

  • 🍵 Mix glutinous rice flour and matcha powder in a bowl.
  • 💧 Gradually add water and knead until a smooth dough forms.
  • 🍡 Roll the dough into small balls (dango).
  • ♨️ Boil the dango in water until they float, then simmer for 2-3 minutes.
  • 🧊 Transfer to ice water, then skewer and serve with optional red bean paste.
