Ingredients
- 🍚 Glutinous Rice Flour – 1 cup
- 🍵 Matcha Powder – 2 tbsp
- 💧 Water – ¾ cup
- 🍡 Skewers – for serving
- 🍬 Sweetened Red Bean Paste – (optional)
Instructions
- 🍵 Mix glutinous rice flour and matcha powder in a bowl.
- 💧 Gradually add water and knead until a smooth dough forms.
- 🍡 Roll the dough into small balls (dango).
- ♨️ Boil the dango in water until they float, then simmer for 2-3 minutes.
- 🧊 Transfer to ice water, then skewer and serve with optional red bean paste.
