Instructions

  • 🥣 Combine glutinous rice flour, sugar, and matcha powder in a bowl.
  • 💧 Gradually add water, mixing until a smooth dough forms.
  • ♨️ Steam the dough until it becomes translucent and sticky.
  • 🍡 Divide the dough into equal portions and flatten each piece. Fill with red bean paste and shape into a ball.
  • ✨ Dust with potato starch or cornstarch to prevent sticking and serve.
