Ingredients

  • 🧀 Mascarpone Cheese – 8 oz
  • 🥚 Egg Yolks – 4 large
  • 🍬 Sugar – ¾ cup
  • 🍦 Vanilla Extract – 1 tsp

Instructions

  • 🥚 Whisk egg yolks and sugar until pale and thick.
  • 🔥 Heat heavy cream in a saucepan, then temper into the egg mixture.
  • 🥣 Cook over low heat until slightly thickened, then stir in mascarpone and vanilla.
  • ❄️ Chill the mixture completely, then churn in an ice cream maker.
  • 🧊 Freeze for at least 2 hours before serving.
