Ingredients
- 🥛 Heavy Cream – 2 cups
- 🧀 Mascarpone Cheese – 8 oz
- 🥚 Egg Yolks – 4 large
- 🍬 Sugar – ¾ cup
- 🍦 Vanilla Extract – 1 tsp
Instructions
- 🥚 Whisk egg yolks and sugar until pale and thick.
- 🔥 Heat heavy cream in a saucepan, then temper into the egg mixture.
- 🥣 Cook over low heat until slightly thickened, then stir in mascarpone and vanilla.
- ❄️ Chill the mixture completely, then churn in an ice cream maker.
- 🧊 Freeze for at least 2 hours before serving.
