Ingredients

  • 🫓 Pav (bread rolls) – 4 pieces
  • 🧅 Onion – finely chopped
  • 🍅 Tomato – finely chopped
  • 🌶️ Green chili – chopped (optional)
  • 🧄 Ginger-garlic paste – 1 tsp
  • 🧈 Butter – for cooking
  • 🌿 Coriander leaves – for garnish
  • 🍋 Lemon juice – for flavor

Instructions

  • 🔥 Heat butter on a pan and sauté onions until golden brown.
  • 🍅 Add tomatoes, ginger-garlic paste, and green chilies (if using). Cook until the tomatoes soften.
  • 🌶️ Add pav bhaji masala and other spices. Sauté for a minute.
  • 🍞 Lightly toast the pav with butter on the same pan.
  • 🥘 Stuff the masala mixture into the pav, garnish with coriander and a squeeze of 🍋 lemon juice. Serve hot!
