Ingredients
- 🫓 Pav (bread rolls) – 4 pieces
- 🧅 Onion – finely chopped
- 🍅 Tomato – finely chopped
- 🌶️ Green chili – chopped (optional)
- 🧄 Ginger-garlic paste – 1 tsp
- 🧈 Butter – for cooking
- 🌿 Coriander leaves – for garnish
- 🍋 Lemon juice – for flavor
Instructions
- 🔥 Heat butter on a pan and sauté onions until golden brown.
- 🍅 Add tomatoes, ginger-garlic paste, and green chilies (if using). Cook until the tomatoes soften.
- 🌶️ Add pav bhaji masala and other spices. Sauté for a minute.
- 🍞 Lightly toast the pav with butter on the same pan.
- 🥘 Stuff the masala mixture into the pav, garnish with coriander and a squeeze of 🍋 lemon juice. Serve hot!
