Ingredients

  • 🧅 Onions – finely chopped
  • 🍅 Tomatoes – diced
  • 🧄 Garlic – minced
  • 🌿 Ginger – grated
  • 🌶️ Green chilies – chopped
  • 🫘 Garam masala – 1 tbsp
  • 💛 Turmeric powder – 1 tsp
  • ❤️ Red chili powder – 1 tsp
  • 🌱 Coriander powder – 1 tbsp
  • 💧 Cooking oil – 2 tbsp

Instructions

  • 🔥 Heat oil in a pan and sauté onions until golden brown.
  • 🧄 Add ginger-garlic paste and green chilies, sauté for a minute.
  • 🍅 Add diced tomatoes and cook until softened.
  • 🧂 Add all the spice powders and cook until oil separates.
  • 🥘 Add your choice of protein/vegetables, mix well, and simmer until cooked through.
  • 🌿 Garnish with fresh coriander leaves and serve hot with rice or roti.
