Ingredients
- 🧅 Onions – finely chopped
- 🍅 Tomatoes – diced
- 🧄 Garlic – minced
- 🌿 Ginger – grated
- 🌶️ Green chilies – chopped
- 🫘 Garam masala – 1 tbsp
- 💛 Turmeric powder – 1 tsp
- ❤️ Red chili powder – 1 tsp
- 🌱 Coriander powder – 1 tbsp
- 💧 Cooking oil – 2 tbsp
Instructions
- 🔥 Heat oil in a pan and sauté onions until golden brown.
- 🧄 Add ginger-garlic paste and green chilies, sauté for a minute.
- 🍅 Add diced tomatoes and cook until softened.
- 🧂 Add all the spice powders and cook until oil separates.
- 🥘 Add your choice of protein/vegetables, mix well, and simmer until cooked through.
- 🌿 Garnish with fresh coriander leaves and serve hot with rice or roti.
