Instructions

  • 🔥 Heat oil and sauté onions until golden brown.
  • 🧄 Add garlic, ginger, and green chilies; sauté until fragrant.
  • 🥩 Add meat and spices; cook until meat is browned.
  • 🍚 Add rice and water; bring to a boil, then simmer until rice is cooked.
