Ingredients
- 🐟 Assorted Seafood (prawns, fish, etc.) – 500g
- 🧅 Onion – 1 large, finely chopped
- 🌶️ Malvani Masala – 2 tbsp
- 🥥 Coconut Milk – 1 cup
- 🧄 Ginger-Garlic Paste – 1 tbsp
- 🍋 Lemon Juice – 1 tbsp
- 🌿 Fresh Coriander – for garnish
- 🧂 Salt – to taste
Instructions
- 🔥 Heat oil, add onions and sauté until golden brown.
- 🧄 Add ginger-garlic paste and sauté for a minute.
- 🌶️ Add Malvani masala and sauté for another minute. Add coconut milk.
- 🐟 Add seafood and salt. Simmer until seafood is cooked through.
- 🍋 Finish with lemon juice and garnish with fresh coriander. Serve hot with rice or roti. ✨
