Ingredients

  • 🐟 Assorted Seafood (prawns, fish, etc.) – 500g
  • 🧅 Onion – 1 large, finely chopped
  • 🌶️ Malvani Masala – 2 tbsp
  • 🥥 Coconut Milk – 1 cup
  • 🧄 Ginger-Garlic Paste – 1 tbsp
  • 🍋 Lemon Juice – 1 tbsp
  • 🌿 Fresh Coriander – for garnish
  • 🧂 Salt – to taste

Instructions

  • 🔥 Heat oil, add onions and sauté until golden brown.
  • 🧄 Add ginger-garlic paste and sauté for a minute.
  • 🌶️ Add Malvani masala and sauté for another minute. Add coconut milk.
  • 🐟 Add seafood and salt. Simmer until seafood is cooked through.
  • 🍋 Finish with lemon juice and garnish with fresh coriander. Serve hot with rice or roti. ✨
