Ingredients
- 🐟 Fish or Prawns – 500g, cleaned
- 🧅 Onions – 2 medium, chopped
- 🥥 Coconut – grated
- 🌶️ Malvani Masala – 2 tbsp
- 🧄 Ginger-Garlic Paste – 1 tbsp
- 🍋 Lemon – 1, juiced
- 🌿 Coriander – for garnish
- 🍚 Rice – to serve
Instructions
- 🧅 Sauté onions until golden brown.
- 🧄 Add ginger-garlic paste and Malvani masala; cook for 2 minutes.
- 🥥 Add coconut and fish/prawns; mix well.
- 🥘 Simmer until the fish is cooked through and the gravy thickens.
- 🍋 Garnish with coriander and lemon juice. Serve hot with rice. 🍚
