Ingredients

  • 🐟 Fish or Prawns – 500g, cleaned
  • 🧅 Onions – 2 medium, chopped
  • 🥥 Coconut – grated
  • 🌶️ Malvani Masala – 2 tbsp
  • 🧄 Ginger-Garlic Paste – 1 tbsp
  • 🍋 Lemon – 1, juiced
  • 🌿 Coriander – for garnish
  • 🍚 Rice – to serve

Instructions

  • 🧅 Sauté onions until golden brown.
  • 🧄 Add ginger-garlic paste and Malvani masala; cook for 2 minutes.
  • 🥥 Add coconut and fish/prawns; mix well.
  • 🥘 Simmer until the fish is cooked through and the gravy thickens.
  • 🍋 Garnish with coriander and lemon juice. Serve hot with rice. 🍚
