Ingredients
- 🐔 Chicken or tofu – cubed
- 🥥 Coconut milk – 1 can
- 🌶️ Chili paste – to taste
- 🍋 Lemongrass – 2 stalks
- 🧅 Onion – sliced
- 🧄 Garlic – minced
Instructions
- 🔥 Sauté onions, garlic, and lemongrass in a pot until fragrant.
- 🌶️ Add chili paste and cook for 2 minutes.
- 🐔 Add chicken/tofu and cook until browned.
- 🥥 Pour in coconut milk and simmer for 20 minutes until the sauce thickens.
- 🍚 Serve hot with rice.
