Ingredients

  • 🍄 Maitake mushrooms – 8 oz
  • 🧄 Garlic – 2 cloves, minced
  • 🍶 Soy sauce – 2 tbsp
  • 🧅 Scallions – 2, chopped
  • 🌿 Sesame oil – 1 tsp

Instructions

  • 🍄 Clean and separate the maitake mushrooms.
  • 🔥 Heat sesame oil in a pan over medium heat.
  • 🧄 Add garlic and mushrooms, sauté until tender.
  • 🍶 Stir in soy sauce and cook for another minute.
  • 🧅 Garnish with scallions and serve immediately.
