Ingredients
- 🍄 Maitake mushrooms – 8 oz
- 🧄 Garlic – 2 cloves, minced
- 🍶 Soy sauce – 2 tbsp
- 🧅 Scallions – 2, chopped
- 🌿 Sesame oil – 1 tsp
Instructions
- 🍄 Clean and separate the maitake mushrooms.
- 🔥 Heat sesame oil in a pan over medium heat.
- 🧄 Add garlic and mushrooms, sauté until tender.
- 🍶 Stir in soy sauce and cook for another minute.
- 🧅 Garnish with scallions and serve immediately.
