Ingredients
- 🍚 Semolina (Sajjige/Rava) – 1 cup
- 🍚 Rice flour – 1/2 cup
- 🧅 Onion – finely chopped
- 🌶️ Green chilies – chopped
- 🌿 Cilantro – chopped
- 💧 Water – as needed
- 🧂 Salt – to taste
- 🥄 Oil – for cooking
Instructions
- 🥣 Mix semolina, rice flour, chopped onions, green chilies, cilantro, salt, and water to form a dosa batter.
- ⏳ Let the batter rest for about 15-20 minutes.
- 🔥 Heat a non-stick pan or griddle.
- 🥄 Pour a ladleful of batter and spread it gently to form a dosa.
- 🥄 Drizzle some oil around the edges and cook until golden brown and crisp on both sides. Serve hot with chutney.
