Ingredients

  • 🍚 Semolina (Sajjige/Rava) – 1 cup
  • 🍚 Rice flour – 1/2 cup
  • 🧅 Onion – finely chopped
  • 🌶️ Green chilies – chopped
  • 🌿 Cilantro – chopped
  • 💧 Water – as needed
  • 🧂 Salt – to taste
  • 🥄 Oil – for cooking

Instructions

  • 🥣 Mix semolina, rice flour, chopped onions, green chilies, cilantro, salt, and water to form a dosa batter.
  • ⏳ Let the batter rest for about 15-20 minutes.
  • 🔥 Heat a non-stick pan or griddle.
  • 🥄 Pour a ladleful of batter and spread it gently to form a dosa.
  • 🥄 Drizzle some oil around the edges and cook until golden brown and crisp on both sides. Serve hot with chutney.
