Ingredients
- 🍝 Macaroni pasta – 1 lb
- 🧀 Cheddar cheese – 2 cups shredded
- 🥛 Milk – 2 cups
- 🧈 Butter – 1/4 cup
- flour – 1/4 cup
- 🧂 Salt – to taste
- 🌶️ Pepper – to taste
Instructions
- 💧 Cook macaroni according to package directions.
- 🧀 While pasta cooks, melt butter in a saucepan, then whisk in flour.
- 🥛 Gradually whisk in milk until smooth. Simmer until thickened.
- 🧀 Remove from heat and stir in cheese until melted and smooth.
- 🍝 Drain pasta and add to cheese sauce. Stir to combine. Serve warm! ✨
