Ingredients
- 🌾 Maida (All-purpose flour) – for Luchi
- 🥔 Potatoes – diced for Tarkari
- 🧅 Onion – finely chopped for Tarkari
- 🍅 Tomatoes – diced for Tarkari
- 🫚 Ginger – grated for Tarkari
- 🌶️ Green chilies – chopped for Tarkari
- 🌿 Coriander leaves – for garnish
Instructions
- 💧 Knead dough for Luchi with water and a little oil. Let it rest.
- 🔥 Heat oil and deep fry small, flattened Luchis until golden brown and puffed up.
- 🧅 In a separate pan, sauté onions, ginger, and green chilies for Tarkari.
- 🍅 Add tomatoes, potatoes, and spices; cook until potatoes are tender.
- 🌿 Garnish Tarkari with coriander leaves and serve hot with Luchis.
