Instructions

  • 💧 Knead dough for Luchi with water and a little oil. Let it rest.
  • 🔥 Heat oil and deep fry small, flattened Luchis until golden brown and puffed up.
  • 🧅 In a separate pan, sauté onions, ginger, and green chilies for Tarkari.
  • 🍅 Add tomatoes, potatoes, and spices; cook until potatoes are tender.
  • 🌿 Garnish Tarkari with coriander leaves and serve hot with Luchis.
