Ingredients

  • 🐄 Liver – 1 lb, trimmed
  • 🧅 Onion – 1 medium, chopped
  • 🧈 Butter – 1/2 cup
  • 🧄 Garlic – 2 cloves, minced
  • 🥛 Milk – 1/4 cup
  • 🌿 Thyme – 1 tsp, fresh
  • 🍷 Brandy – 2 tbsp
  • 🧂 Salt & Pepper – to taste

Instructions

  • 🔥 Melt butter in a pan and sauté onions and garlic until softened.
  • 🐄 Add liver and cook until lightly browned but still pink inside.
  • 🥛 Stir in milk, thyme, brandy, salt, and pepper.
  • 🥘 Transfer to a blender or food processor and blend until smooth.
  • ❄️ Pour into a serving dish, cover, and refrigerate for at least 2 hours before serving.
