Ingredients
- 🐄 Liver – 1 lb, trimmed
- 🧅 Onion – 1 medium, chopped
- 🧈 Butter – 1/2 cup
- 🧄 Garlic – 2 cloves, minced
- 🥛 Milk – 1/4 cup
- 🌿 Thyme – 1 tsp, fresh
- 🍷 Brandy – 2 tbsp
- 🧂 Salt & Pepper – to taste
Instructions
- 🔥 Melt butter in a pan and sauté onions and garlic until softened.
- 🐄 Add liver and cook until lightly browned but still pink inside.
- 🥛 Stir in milk, thyme, brandy, salt, and pepper.
- 🥘 Transfer to a blender or food processor and blend until smooth.
- ❄️ Pour into a serving dish, cover, and refrigerate for at least 2 hours before serving.
