Ingredients
- 🌾 Wheat flour – for litti dough
- 🧅 Onion – finely chopped
- 🧄 Garlic – minced
- 🥔 Potatoes – boiled and mashed (for chokha)
- 🍆 Eggplant – roasted (for chokha)
- 🍅 Tomatoes – roasted (for chokha)
- 🌶️ Green chilies – finely chopped
- 🍋 Lemon juice – for flavor
- 🌿 Coriander leaves – for garnish
- 🫘 Sattu (gram flour) – for litti filling
- 🥒 Mustard oil – for cooking
Instructions
- 🔥 Prepare litti dough and sattu filling separately.
- 🥔 Prepare chokha by mashing boiled potatoes, roasted eggplant, and tomatoes.
- 🌶️ Add chopped onion, garlic, green chilies, and spices to the chokha mixture.
- 🥟 Stuff the litti dough with sattu filling and bake or grill until golden brown.
- 🥣 Serve the hot litti with chokha and garnish with coriander leaves.
