Ingredients

  • 🌾 Wheat flour – for litti dough

  • 🥔 Potatoes – boiled and mashed (for chokha)

  • 🍅 Tomatoes – roasted (for chokha)
  • 🌶️ Green chilies – finely chopped
  • 🍋 Lemon juice – for flavor
  • 🌿 Coriander leaves – for garnish
  • 🫘 Sattu (gram flour) – for litti filling
  • 🥒 Mustard oil – for cooking

Instructions

  • 🔥 Prepare litti dough and sattu filling separately.
  • 🥔 Prepare chokha by mashing boiled potatoes, roasted eggplant, and tomatoes.
  • 🌶️ Add chopped onion, garlic, green chilies, and spices to the chokha mixture.
  • 🥟 Stuff the litti dough with sattu filling and bake or grill until golden brown.
  • 🥣 Serve the hot litti with chokha and garnish with coriander leaves.
