Ingredients
- 🍝 Linguine pasta – 8 oz
- 🍤 Shrimp – 1/2 lb, peeled and deveined
- 🦑 Calamari – 1/2 lb, sliced
- 🦪 Mussels – 1/2 lb, scrubbed
- 🧄 Garlic – 3 cloves, minced
- 🌶️ Red pepper flakes – 1/4 tsp (optional)
- 🌿 Fresh parsley – 1/4 cup, chopped
- 🍋 Lemon – 1, juiced
- 🫒 Olive oil – 2 tbsp
- 🧂 Salt and pepper – to taste
Instructions
- 🍝 Cook linguine according to package directions.
- 🔥 In a large pan, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add garlic and red pepper flakes (if using) and cook until fragrant.
- 🍤 Add shrimp, calamari, and mussels to the pan. Cook until the seafood is pink and opaque.
- 🍋 Stir in lemon juice and parsley. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- 🍝 Add the cooked linguine to the pan and toss to coat. Serve immediately.
