Ingredients

- 🍸 Vodka – 750 ml (high proof)
- 🍬 Sugar – 500g
Instructions
- 🍋 Zest lemons carefully, avoiding the white pith.
- 🍸 Combine lemon zest and vodka in a jar, seal, and steep for 3-4 weeks.
- 🍬 Make simple syrup by dissolving sugar in water over medium heat, then cool.
- 🍹 Strain vodka mixture, discarding solids. Mix with simple syrup.
- ❄️ Bottle and freeze for at least one month before serving.
