Ingredients

  • 🛢️ Oil – for frying

Instructions

  • 🥔 Grate potatoes and onion; squeeze out excess liquid.
  • 🥣 Combine potatoes, onion, eggs, flour, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
  • 🔥 Heat oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.
  • 🥄 Drop spoonfuls of potato mixture into the hot oil, flattening slightly.
  • 🍳 Fry for 3–4 minutes per side, until golden brown and crispy. Serve hot with sour cream or applesauce.
