Lard Mixed Rice

Ingredients

  • 🍚 Cooked Rice – 2 cups
  • 🥓 Lard – 2 tbsp
  • 🥕 Mixed Vegetables – 1 cup (peas, carrots, corn)
  • 🥚 Egg – 1, scrambled
  • 🧅 Onion – ¼ cup, chopped
  • 🧄 Garlic – 2 cloves, minced
  • 🌿 Green Onions – for garnish
  • 🧂 Soy Sauce – 1 tbsp
  • 🌶️ Optional Chili Flakes

Instructions

  • 🔥 Heat lard in a wok or large pan.
  • 🧅 Sauté onions and garlic until fragrant.
  • 🥕 Add mixed vegetables and cook for 3-4 minutes.
  • 🥚 Push vegetables to one side, add scrambled egg, cook until set, then mix with vegetables.
  • 🍚 Add cooked rice and soy sauce; stir-fry until heated through and well combined.
  • 🌿 Garnish with green onions and serve hot.
