Ingredients
- 🍚 Cooked Rice – 2 cups
- 🥓 Lard – 2 tbsp
- 🥕 Mixed Vegetables – 1 cup (peas, carrots, corn)
- 🥚 Egg – 1, scrambled
- 🧅 Onion – ¼ cup, chopped
- 🧄 Garlic – 2 cloves, minced
- 🌿 Green Onions – for garnish
- 🧂 Soy Sauce – 1 tbsp
- 🌶️ Optional Chili Flakes
Instructions
- 🔥 Heat lard in a wok or large pan.
- 🧅 Sauté onions and garlic until fragrant.
- 🥕 Add mixed vegetables and cook for 3-4 minutes.
- 🥚 Push vegetables to one side, add scrambled egg, cook until set, then mix with vegetables.
- 🍚 Add cooked rice and soy sauce; stir-fry until heated through and well combined.
- 🌿 Garnish with green onions and serve hot.
