  • 🥄 Oil/Ghee – for cooking
  • 🧂 Salt – to taste

Instructions

  • 🧅 Knead dough with flour, salt, and water. Let it rest.
  • 🔪 Finely chop the onion and mix with coriander, green chilies, and salt.
  • 🫓 Roll out the dough, spread onion mixture, and fold into a layered paratha.
  • 🔥 Cook on a hot griddle with oil/ghee until golden brown on both sides.
  • 🥄 Serve hot with yogurt or chutney.
