Ingredients
- 🌾 Whole wheat flour – 2 cups
- 🧅 Onion – 1 large, finely chopped
- 🌿 Fresh coriander – 2 tbsp, chopped
- 🌶️ Green chilies – 1-2, finely chopped (optional)
- 🥄 Oil/Ghee – for cooking
- 🧂 Salt – to taste
Instructions
- 🧅 Knead dough with flour, salt, and water. Let it rest.
- 🔪 Finely chop the onion and mix with coriander, green chilies, and salt.
- 🫓 Roll out the dough, spread onion mixture, and fold into a layered paratha.
- 🔥 Cook on a hot griddle with oil/ghee until golden brown on both sides.
- 🥄 Serve hot with yogurt or chutney.
