Instructions

  • 🧊 Keep oysters chilled until ready to serve.
  • 🔪 Carefully shuck the oysters.
  • 🍶 Place oysters on a serving dish and add a small amount of ponzu sauce.
  • 🌿 Garnish with lemon wedge and scallions.
  • 🌶️ Add a pinch of shichimi togarashi if desired.
