  • 🧄 Garlic – 2 cloves, minced
  • 🧅 Onion – 1/2, sliced
  • 🍚 Cooked Rice – For serving

Instructions

  • 🔥 Heat oil in a wok or large pan over medium-high heat.
  • 🧄 Add garlic and chilies, stir-fry until fragrant.
  • 🐷 Add crispy pork belly and onion, stir-fry for 2-3 minutes.
