Ingredients

  • 🥟 Momo wrappers – 24 count
  • 🥩 Ground meat (pork or chicken) – 1 cup
  • 🥬 Cabbage – finely shredded
  • 🧅 Onion – finely chopped
  • 🧄 Garlic – 2 cloves minced
  • 🌿 Ginger – 1 tsp grated
  • 🌶️ Green chilies – 1 finely chopped
  • 🍶 Soy sauce – 1 tbsp
  • Sesame oil – 1 tsp
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  • 🥣 In a bowl, mix ground meat, cabbage, onion, garlic, ginger, green chilies, soy sauce, sesame oil, salt, and pepper.
  • 🥟 Fill each momo wrapper with a spoonful of the filling and shape into momos.
  • 🔥 Heat a pan with oil. Place momos in the pan and cook until the bottoms are golden brown.
  • 💧 Add water to the pan, cover, and steam until the momos are cooked through.
  • 🥢 Serve hot with dipping sauce.
