Ingredients
- 🥟 Momo wrappers – 24 count
- 🥩 Ground meat (pork or chicken) – 1 cup
- 🥬 Cabbage – finely shredded
- 🧅 Onion – finely chopped
- 🧄 Garlic – 2 cloves minced
- 🌿 Ginger – 1 tsp grated
- 🌶️ Green chilies – 1 finely chopped
- 🍶 Soy sauce – 1 tbsp
- Sesame oil – 1 tsp
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- 🥣 In a bowl, mix ground meat, cabbage, onion, garlic, ginger, green chilies, soy sauce, sesame oil, salt, and pepper.
- 🥟 Fill each momo wrapper with a spoonful of the filling and shape into momos.
- 🔥 Heat a pan with oil. Place momos in the pan and cook until the bottoms are golden brown.
- 💧 Add water to the pan, cover, and steam until the momos are cooked through.
- 🥢 Serve hot with dipping sauce.
