Ingredients

  • Beef broth 🍲 – 8 cups
  • Napa cabbage 🥬 – chopped
  • Bean sprouts 🌱 – 1 cup
  • Radish ⚪ – sliced
  • Green onions 🧅 – chopped
  • Doenjang (soybean paste) 🥄 – 2 tablespoons
  • Gochujang (red pepper paste)🌶️ – 1 tablespoon
  • Garlic 🧄 – minced
  • Pork or Beef 🥩 – thinly sliced

Instructions

  • 🔥 In a pot, sauté pork/beef with garlic until lightly browned.
  • 🍲 Add doenjang and gochujang, stirring well to coat the meat.
  • 💧 Pour in beef broth and bring to a boil.
  • 🥬 Add napa cabbage, bean sprouts, and radish. Simmer for 30 minutes.
  • 🧅 Garnish with green onions and serve hot. Enjoy! ✨
