Ingredients
- Beef broth 🍲 – 8 cups
- Napa cabbage 🥬 – chopped
- Bean sprouts 🌱 – 1 cup
- Radish ⚪ – sliced
- Green onions 🧅 – chopped
- Doenjang (soybean paste) 🥄 – 2 tablespoons
- Gochujang (red pepper paste)🌶️ – 1 tablespoon
- Garlic 🧄 – minced
- Pork or Beef 🥩 – thinly sliced
Instructions
- 🔥 In a pot, sauté pork/beef with garlic until lightly browned.
- 🍲 Add doenjang and gochujang, stirring well to coat the meat.
- 💧 Pour in beef broth and bring to a boil.
- 🥬 Add napa cabbage, bean sprouts, and radish. Simmer for 30 minutes.
