Ingredients

Instructions
- 🔥 Sauté the sliced meat and onions in a pot with a little oil until browned.
- 🧄 Add minced garlic and gochujang, stir well.
- 🍲 Pour in the broth and bring to a simmer.
- 🥬 Add chopped kimchi and let it cook for about 20 minutes, allowing flavors to meld.
- 🍚 Serve hot over rice, optionally topped with a fried egg and scallions.
