Ingredients

  • 🍚 Cooked Rice – 2 cups
  • 🍳 Eggs – 2
  • 🥓 Bacon or Bulgogi – 4 slices or 1/2 cup
  • 🥬 Kimchi – 1/2 cup, chopped
  • 🌶️ Gochujang – 1 tbsp
  • 🌱 Sesame Oil – 1 tsp
  • 🧅 Scallions – for garnish

Instructions

  • 🍚 Prepare rice according to package instructions if not already cooked.
  • 🥓 Cook bacon or bulgogi until crispy or tender. Set aside.
  • 🍳 Fry eggs to your liking (sunny-side up or over easy is common).
  • 🍚 In a bowl, combine rice, kimchi, and gochujang. Mix well.
  • 🍳 Top with fried egg, bacon/bulgogi, and garnish with scallions and a drizzle of sesame oil. Enjoy!
