Ingredients
- 🍚 Cooked Rice – 2 cups
- 🍳 Eggs – 2
- 🥓 Bacon or Bulgogi – 4 slices or 1/2 cup
- 🥬 Kimchi – 1/2 cup, chopped
- 🌶️ Gochujang – 1 tbsp
- 🌱 Sesame Oil – 1 tsp
- 🧅 Scallions – for garnish
Instructions
- 🍚 Prepare rice according to package instructions if not already cooked.
- 🥓 Cook bacon or bulgogi until crispy or tender. Set aside.
- 🍳 Fry eggs to your liking (sunny-side up or over easy is common).
- 🍚 In a bowl, combine rice, kimchi, and gochujang. Mix well.
- 🍳 Top with fried egg, bacon/bulgogi, and garnish with scallions and a drizzle of sesame oil. Enjoy!
