Ingredients

  • 🐟 White fish fillets – 4
  • 🥔 Potatoes – sliced
  • 🧅 Onion – chopped
  • 🧄 Garlic – minced
  • 🌿 Fresh herbs (parsley, rosemary) – chopped
  • 🍋 Lemon – sliced
  • olive oil
  • 🧂 Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  • 🔥 Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • 🥔 Arrange potatoes and onions in a baking dish.
  • 🐟 Place fish fillets on top of the vegetables.
  • 🧄 Sprinkle with garlic, herbs, salt, and pepper. Drizzle with olive oil and add lemon slices.
  • 🥘 Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until fish is cooked through and vegetables are tender. Serve hot. ✨
