Ingredients
- 🐟 White fish fillets – 4
- 🥔 Potatoes – sliced

- 🧄 Garlic – minced
- 🌿 Fresh herbs (parsley, rosemary) – chopped

- 🧂 Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- 🔥 Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- 🥔 Arrange potatoes and onions in a baking dish.
- 🐟 Place fish fillets on top of the vegetables.
- 🧄 Sprinkle with garlic, herbs, salt, and pepper. Drizzle with olive oil and add lemon slices.
