Ingredients

  • 🍵 Matcha powder – 1 tsp
  • 🥜 Kinako (roasted soybean flour) – 2 tbsp
  • 🍚 Sugar – 1 tbsp (or to taste)
  • 💧 Hot water – 2 tbsp
  • 🥛 Milk or Non-dairy milk – 1 cup

Instructions

  • 🍵 In a small bowl, whisk together matcha powder, kinako, and sugar.
  • 💧 Add hot water and whisk until a smooth paste forms.
  • 🥛 Heat milk (or non-dairy milk) until warm.
  • 🍵 Pour the kinako matcha paste into a cup, then add the warm milk.
