Ingredients

  • 🫘 Gram flour – 1/4 cup
  • 🛢️ Oil – for deep frying
  • 🌶️ Red chili powder – 1 tsp
  • 🌿 Dried fenugreek leaves – 1 tbsp
  • 💧 Water – as needed
  • 🧂 Salt – to taste

Instructions

  • 🥣 In a bowl, mix flour, gram flour, spices, and oil.
  • 💧 Add water gradually and knead into a stiff dough.
  • ⏳ Let the dough rest for 15 minutes.
  • 🔪 Divide the dough into small portions and roll each into a thin circle.
  • 🔥 Deep fry the khasta on medium heat until golden brown and crispy. Serve hot!
