Ingredients
- 🌾 All-purpose flour – 2 cups
- 🫘 Gram flour – 1/4 cup
- 🛢️ Oil – for deep frying
- 🌶️ Red chili powder – 1 tsp
- 🌿 Dried fenugreek leaves – 1 tbsp
- 💧 Water – as needed
- 🧂 Salt – to taste
Instructions
- 🥣 In a bowl, mix flour, gram flour, spices, and oil.
- 💧 Add water gradually and knead into a stiff dough.
- ⏳ Let the dough rest for 15 minutes.
- 🔪 Divide the dough into small portions and roll each into a thin circle.
- 🔥 Deep fry the khasta on medium heat until golden brown and crispy. Serve hot!
