  • 🐟 Fish sauce – 1 tbsp
  • 🧅 Onion – finely chopped

Instructions

  • 🔥 Stir-fry garlic and onion until fragrant.
  • 🥩 Add ground pork and mushrooms; cook until browned.
  • 🍚 Mix in rice and fish sauce; stir well.
  • 🍳 Top with a fried egg and scallions.
