Ingredients

  • 🌾 Rice Flour – 1 cup
  • 🥥 Coconut Milk – 1 cup
  • 🌿 Pandan Leaves – 5-6 leaves
  • 🥚 Eggs – 2 large
  • 🍬 Sugar – 1/2 cup
  • 💧 Water – 1/4 cup
  • 🟢 Green Food Coloring (optional)

Instructions

  • 🌿 Blend pandan leaves with water, strain, and set aside.
  • 🥣 In a bowl, mix rice flour, sugar, and coconut milk.
  • 🥚 Add eggs and pandan juice to the mixture, stir well.
  • 🔥 Heat a lightly oiled pan or molds, pour in the batter.
  • ♨️ Cook over low heat until set and slightly firm to the touch.
