Ingredients
- 🌾 Rice Flour – 1 cup
- 🥥 Coconut Milk – 1 cup
- 🌿 Pandan Leaves – 5-6 leaves
- 🥚 Eggs – 2 large
- 🍬 Sugar – 1/2 cup
- 💧 Water – 1/4 cup
- 🟢 Green Food Coloring (optional)
Instructions
- 🌿 Blend pandan leaves with water, strain, and set aside.
- 🥣 In a bowl, mix rice flour, sugar, and coconut milk.
- 🥚 Add eggs and pandan juice to the mixture, stir well.
- 🔥 Heat a lightly oiled pan or molds, pour in the batter.
- ♨️ Cook over low heat until set and slightly firm to the touch.
